It's a new month so it's time for a new challenge. How about Black & White photography this time?

This is not a competition so there will be no winners announced, it's purely for fun and self-development.

Simple Rules:
  • Canon R Series cameras only please
  • No sky replacements, keep it real
  • Please don't post more than 3 separate posts, multiple images may be included in a single post
Also the challenge does not end when the month ends, I leave it open so you can continue to add to it whenever you like.

Have fun!

This is my first attempt at submitting anything, so, my apologies, if I have messed something up. My mother-in-law carved these many years ago. I liked the gray tones when I looked at the photo in B&W so I decided to post when I saw the new challenge.

Lovely carvings and a lovely photo. Thanks for sharing your first photo! 🙂

This shot actually taken at a haunted house i did alot of post editing work after though to really bring out the bone texture as well as the shadowing.

This is a mono version of a colour image i did a few days ago, imho the mono suits the subject, a relatively modern bike, quite well. Eos RP, RF24-105f4, single off camera flash.

Great low angle shot really shows off the bike. I do like it in mono!

This is my main workhorse of a lens and I love it. It's very light weight (only around 2.3 lbs) lens. I've been able to hand-hold it for an event...
