How can I get the level to not display in my viewfinder? Can someone help me.

There are five styles of display. Every time you press the [INFO] button, it would switch to the next style. You can enable or disable the style in the set up menu. In each style, you can further customise the info.

Here are the set up procedure for EOS R10, it should be similar for other EOS R cameras.
