Thanks Hali. It's taken a combination of EF 85mm 1.8 + ISCO Ultra Star 2.4 (a cinema projector lens) clamped on the front, to create an anamorphic image. I really like the look it produces.

Wow, that's absolutely fabulous, do you mind if I ask how you figured out how to do this?
 
About 10 years ago, I came across a blog on how to create wide-screen images using a cinema anamorphic lens. So I decided to try it myself. I love having to set up the image capture carefully out in the field. Takes time and care to achieve. It's actually pretty straightforward. However, the focus in the image is a very small area or narrow plane. But that's what makes the look.
