SWALLOWS are extremely difficult to photograph. They are amazingly acrobatic flyers swooping, circling, banking and skimming above water to catch their prey of small flying insects. It’s mating season so, they kept returning to the nest which allowed me a few lucky shots out of about 1000 attempts.
