hot pixels

Hi, I have been using C R6 mk II for more than a year and I found, that during long exposures, there are a lot of hot pixels on the images. Around of 100 pixels are dead. Is it normal or should I send it to repair? Do you think that they only map the hot pixels and the camera then only does not...
