In the yellow menu choose Save/load cam settings on card.

I suggest that the default file name be changed to today's date in the format YYYYmmDD. For example, settings saved on Christmas Day this year will be saved as 20251225.CSD. Make sure that this file is saved to your computer.

And one more tip: save your settings to card/computer whenever they are changed. The screenshot below, suggests that I practise what I preach!
