The information was interesting indeed.  Thanks for sharing.

Most digital cameras use a Bayer array, which means that there are alternating rows of red-green and green-blue filters over the sensor photosites.  So the filter array has 50% green , 25% red, and 25% blue filters...hence RGGB.  A properly produced and utilized camera color profile can also take care of the issue that the video is dealing with.

As far as the presentation style, which wasn't the point of the original post, I agree that it is over the top and was distracting from the information presented.
