Avenue of the Giants

Coming home from a trip to Washington State, I drove a few miles of California State Highway 254, also known as Avenue of the Giants. I didn't have a lot of time to spend, so I missed the many fantastic hiking trails in the area. But I did stop for a few photos, including this one just south of Founders Grove.

Very nice image, and great color - saturated without looking artificial. BTW, did you use a polarizing filter? The vibrancy of the greens just seems to point that way.

I didn't use a filter, but I did use the Landscape camera profile while editing in Luminar Neo, added some clarity (Luminar calls it "enhance"), a slight "glow" to the road, and ended up slightly desaturating the final version. On second look, I probably would have desaturated the image even more.

Here's an un-edited shot from a grove 50 yards from the road. I was overwhelmed at just how green the foliage is.
