I shot the Syracuse Crunch vs Toronto Marlies game this past Friday. I used my R6 Mk II and RF 70-200 F4 IS USM, along with T3 and EF 16-35 F2.8 L II USM. My settings for the R6 were 1/1600, F4, ISO3200. The T3 varied because I did some wide angle shots of the arena. Here is a few non-watermarked shots. I am selling these photos through my SmugMug, which I’ll link for your viewing pleasure. (Please don’t repost them without approval! I’m sure we don’t have to worry about that on this forum! Bunch of great folks here!) Mods, if that violates some rules I’ll delete the link.

Believe it or not, but I shot the entire game through the glass. The team has a couple photographers who get priority. I was so thankful to have the opportunity to be ice level with a media pass! I really hope to do it again.

Very nice and good job shooting through the glass.

Agreed. I've used that in UV/protective filter conversations. They may be able to prove in on paper but with a high quality filter the human eye will never know the difference unless you point it out. Sure there may be some flaring but through the years I did use them I never seen any IQ degradation or had AF issues. I always used B+W filters.

This is my main workhorse of a lens and I love it. It's very light weight (only around 2.3 lbs) lens. I've been able to hand-hold it for an event...

A good lens for what it does, with it's drawbacks
I have had this lens since it came out and it is my lightweight go to lens for walking around in the city and using my infrared-converted camera...
