I just returned from my first trip to Yellowstone. The sheer size of the park was a bit overwhelming, and even with a private guide it was not all that easy to find wildlife within shooting distance. But I did see a good variety of critters in the Lamar and Hayden Valleys, and will be sure to make my next visit in May or June, when more wildlife will be out and about and there will be plenty of birds around as well.
All images were taken with my R5 and a Sigma f/5-6.3 150-600mm lens, mostly handheld.
