I used to shoot with DSLR and never had a camera of my own other than a Sony Powershot. I hesited many years and decided to take a chance and get my own mirrorless. I was the first in my surrounding to get a mirrorless so I had to figure it all out on my own. Thanks to RF Shooters because you made it easy with your ressources!
I use the camera for wildlife photography because it has a very fast shutterspeed. It is lightweight and easy to customize with two C buttons. Eventhough it is not weathersealed, it is a GREAT camera and is easy to learn.
The autofocus is great, fast and precise. It quickly finds the subject and the eye for a spot on focus, specialy with RF lenses. I strongly recommend to what tutorial from Canon experts. The know how the camera works and how it is built... many youtubers only 'pretend' to know.
I might regret not to have gotten the R7 for its IBIS but... it comes with a price!!! ;o)
