An Oystercatcher in flight in the early morning. Three birds were very active near where I live. They have young in the field nearby I was trying the electronic shutter on my R6 for the first time and didn't realise I had taken 32 shots in two bursts until I got the memory card into the computer!
So happy this Common Yellowthroat emerged from the vegetation where he is concealed 98% of the time. I had to be very quick because he stayed only a few seconds.
A day out hoping to catch a Kingfisher.
Had a number of visits but tricky to catch the actual dive as it was so unpredictable.
This is a male Kingfisher.

Went out specifically to capture the local Osprey... but apparently, the Osprey decided to go fishing. Handheld RF600mm so pleased with the result, maybe next week the Osprey.
