I posted a picture of Quarry Rock Falls earlier this year and I was struck by all the layers of falling water. I also thought it would look better with some fall leaves in the trees and laying on the rock, so I went back to get another picture.

This is the lower part of Little Brandywine Falls. The fall leaves are starting to collect on the stone.

I was coming downstream after taking pictures of Brandywine Falls. I just climbed down this smaller waterfall, Little Brandywine Falls, and the sun came out providing this picture.

Brandywine Falls are in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. I would have liked to move closer and to the left to get that boulder out of the view, but the landscape right in front of me, which is not in this view, made it impossible without risking myself or equipment so this is as close as I got.

Deer Lick Falls is a small ephemeral waterfall. When we had a week of rain I figured it was a good time to get a picture with water actually running. This is an HDR picture, also using a CPL filter.

Hemlock Ravine Falls in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This is a small waterfall, not more than 3.5 ft high. It requires a lot of rain to get water going over it. This photo was after several days of on and off rain with the last rainfall about 12 hours before it was taken. EOS R6m2 @ SS 8 sec,

This is a man-made structure that was built to capture silt from Gaulley Run before it provided water to the Ohio-Erie canal. Now it's a picturesque relic from the past.

This is the small falls just above the main Blue Hen Falls with some of Spring Creek leading to it.

My real goal was Buttermilk Falls in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park that I previously posted because I had never photographed them before. However, Blue Hen Falls are along the way, so I took some pictures of them too.

I liked how the water was cascading over the top of the falls in this telephoto picture.

I was walking back to my car after taking pictures of a waterfall and found these. I forgot to change the aperture to blur the background so I did that in Lightroom.

Compared to many other waterfalls these aren't all that "great" but for this otherwise small tributary of the Cuyahoga River they are.
