Canon R1 Any news?

So November the 14th has been and gone (apparently the main shipping date) and other than a few of the usual youtube videos from pre- release units I have seen nothing. Anyone any the wiser as to when we will see them in the wild so to speak

Thanks Dean, have seen that one - very good honest review - really just wanting to see real world user results, wonder how long before they are actually buyable off the shelf

I wouldn't be surprised if they never enter physical shops and can only be bought on-line.

Got one ;-) on it's way soon. . . did I really need it - probably not, did I really want it - more like it lol.
The racing has paid for it so doesn't feel quite so bad, and if I stop after next season - I have a killer body / lens combo that owes me nothing.
