Does anyone use a type of Bahtinov Mask to assist in focusing at night?

As there are a 18,436,572 different filter manufactures and I am wondering it it is worth the investment. On a side note I DO NOT have a star tracker and focus using a pair of 70 year old eyes (version 1.0), so I normally find a bright star and 15x focus for sharpness.

Interested in this as well. I've read about them, don't fully understand how to use them or when.

Never heard of it, so I googled it and found this video helpful. I definitely learned something.
