Nope. Last Firmware update was 1.7. Assuming that it's 1.8.1 because Canon found a "fix" before it was released. Hence 1.8.1. Update not on Canon Canon site yet, but I downloaded from US site and seems to be working fine so far. Still need to test in field, but seems to work fine on a few quick indoor shots.
