Canon R6 II CANON R6 MK II HOT PIXELS

Hi,
I have been using C R6 mk II for more than a year and I found, that during long exposures, there are a lot of hot pixels on the images. Around of 100 pixels are dead. Is it normal or should I send it to repair? Do you think that they only map the hot pixels and the camera then only does not see them?

I find if I force a cleaning cycle, that can take care of a lot of them.

Kind of related. I’m always amazed at how obvious 1 hot pixel is out of 24 million pixels.
