Birds Common house martins (nishiiwa-tsubame)

Correction: these are common house martins...not swallows. My confusion arose from the Japanese generic term for these types of birds, "tsubame."

It's swallow house martin (boy, these birds are fast) season and I happened to come across a good place to capture them taking sips out of the river. Here's my first try at this spot...hope to add to this thread.

I forgot to take off the extender (lots of noisy photos I tossed, and they were just too close and fast for the minimum focal length w/extender).
