There's probably one or two weeks left of having juncos in our yard before they head north for the summer. They usually prefer to feed on the ground, picking up fallen scraps from our feeders. This bird briefly perched on a branch near the feeders and I got this photo. This pose makes me feel like the bird is modeling a tuxedo.
