Drop Color Method

OMG that was awful. He needs to remake that as a three minute video and take some tranquilizers first.

yeah i watch a few youtubers hes one of the worst when it comes to presentation rarely watch him

The information was interesting indeed. Thanks for sharing.
Most digital cameras use a Bayer array, which means that there are alternating rows of red-green and green-blue filters over the sensor photosites. So the filter array has 50% green , 25% red, and 25% blue filters...hence RGGB. A properly produced and utilized camera color profile can also take care of the issue that the video is dealing with.
As far as the presentation style, which wasn't the point of the original post, I agree that it is over the top and was distracting from the information presented.

I dislike this guy's videos for the same reason I stopped listening to Fro's processing stuff when he seemed to always "start with Skittles" (one of his preset looks) - both of them can't be right so that means both of them must be wrong, at least most of the time.

I don't use presets, but I have "a look" to my photos because I've been doing this a long time, I've tried all sorts of tools and methods, and I've whittled it down to a couple great noise reduction and sharpening tools, and Camera Raw (in LR and as a filter in PS). I use the Color Mixer module all the time, but I never go in with the idea that I need to apply certain fixed parameters - if I did I'd create a camera profile that did that and apply it on import. Post-processing is the modern darkroom, and we have a choice working like Ansel Adams, or Photomat. Not saying one is right and one is wrong, just that one will always leave you satisfied.

As for the YouTube guys, not everyone can teach, and not everyone can present enough personality to be both entertaining and likeable. I've made a tone of post-processing videos for friends and forums over the years, and I stand by the content, but would never think I could use them as the basis of a for-profit channel. At least not yet. LOL But I'm glad for the people who have taken the time to post what they think they've either discovered or perfected in Photoshop, because I've benefited from it even if I've long since forgotten what they taught.

Yes! Excellent point. From the comments there:

Just a couple of friendly suggestions: 1) Don't spend 3+ minutes getting to the point. Tell viewers what you're gonna show them, and then SHOW them. 2) Spend less time with the camera on YOU while you're waving your arms around. That's very distracting, and it does nothing to inform viewers of your point. The content of this 7-minute video could have been delivered very effectively in less than 3 minutes.
