Greetings from western Massachusetts

I stumbled on this forum after purchasing an R7 and while waiting for a break in the weather and my work schedule to be able to get out and try it out. I live in the small town of Huntington in the eastern foothills of the Berkshires in Massachusetts. I've been shooting with Canon APS-C cameras since 2004. My wife and I travel the country photographing wildlife in a Sprinter van I converted to a camper. Like all of you I'm sure, I'm sad about the demise of DP Review, and angry at Amazon for the mean-spirited decision to not only shut down new activity, but to also completely remove the long history represented by the archived material.
