Thank you. I bought the RF 800 as my previous long lens weighed a ton, also I wanted to get rid of carrying a monopod or tripod. The fixed aperture of f11 does present problems but I've learned to work around them. When using the lens I have one of the camera user defined settings to -1 ev, ISO 1600 which seems to cover most eventualities. The DXO Photolab's Deep Prime facility does an excellent job in removing any small amount of noise.

Beautiful photos. That lens looks to be much sharper than I would have expected, I was amazed at the fine detail in that first photo.
