HI, I live in Helensville, just north of Auckland, New Zealand.
Just purchased an R7, which I'll use mainly for birds and wildlife. I also love travel photography.
I first got into photography in 1980 with a Canon AE-1 Program, which I still have (and use occasionally). My first foray into digital was with a Canon G2 in 2002. By 2007 I had my first DSLR, a Canon 350D.
I've been using a 6D as my every day camera for a few years now, and a 60D when I need the crop factor for more reach.
My R7 will mostly be used with my EF100-400L II zoom - and I'm really looking forward to the leap in autofocus and speed over the old 60D!
