Canon R6 III How's it going 3 months on

Think @Only RF has one has it performed as expected or exceeded expectations.

Loaded question actually doing another rodeo Saturday night and if I get excess shutter actuations when shooting back button focus at low or high speed continuous will go back to canon for a check up but has new mother board software etc after insurance claim, apparently canon austrlia hasn't heard of it.

According to forums etc its only a R6ii problem not R6i or R6iii so my camera store gonna move mountains and try and get me a hugely discounted r6iii if issue cant be sold and get canon to take r6ii of my hand they will sell as refurbished.

Yeah so wondering how r6iii is going

I've never had the problem with my R6II and have not seen it on the R6III. As the reviewers stated the R6III will have advanced subject detection which I believe I'm getting. AF definitely better. 32mp has made a difference for me there are a few menu changes in the AF case menus I really like. The Rate button is now called Color and can be mapped for another purpose. It's become useful to me now.

Besides those few things I really did not scrutinize the entire camera.

Good luck with your issue. One reason I like buying local is if there is a problem I give it to them and they deal with everything. Still no fun but in the long run.
