I have an indoor herb garden and I just noticed that my rosemary had bloomed. I decided to play with macro and see what kind of banding or other issues the LED grow lights caused. The light looks "normal' to my eyes, but just for excrement and hilarity I wanted to see what the camera saw.

First thing I noticed was that all the LCD menu items on my R5 were GREEN.

Took a 10 shot stack and composted it, This is what I got:

Not anything I'll be in a hurry to do again, but kind of cool in a weird way,

I love experimenting with my camera. That's how I learn how to use it and how to be creative with it.

When IBIS High Definition Shot was released in Firmware 1.8.0 many people scoffed and said things like, "I'll never have a need for a 400MB photo! I refuse to download it." Which is funny because it comes with all firmware releases since.

Now where was I? Oh, yeah. I read the Caution For best results shoot subjects that are not moving...

I look at that as a challenge!

….are you ….me? That’s exactly what I did when I got hi-res mode! :ROFLMAO:

Gave me weird herringbone-like artifacts when I zoomed in on the water.
