Even the Lightroom Queen does not have this up yet in her blog. There was no red dot in the CC icon but it did offer the updates when I opened the app.

In addition to LrC, Lightroom and Photoshop also have updates.

Looking forward to this update. The blur background additions are something that I experimented sometime ago in PaintShop Pro and it give you a vintage look to your pictures. I like it.

I think they do it in regions to not overload their servers. Eventually that dot does appear on its own. In the past I have closed the CC app and then opened it again to get the dot and updates. This time just clicking on check for updates worked.
