Spotted this pergrine falcon perched in the San Jacinto Wildlife Area (CA) a few months ago. It allowed me to approach it close enough to fill the frame with the RF800mm in hand. Fortunately the sun had just risen over the hillside to give the f/11 lens sufficient light to keep the noise low.
