Yesterday shot sports, I did R5 with JPEG and in-body NR all day. My helper had 1DX on RAW.

It's really striking how much better R5 is in same conditions.

But LR AI NR is amazing. Same 1DX pic after NR:

6400 for 1DX and 1600 on R5 as it had different lens on that pic. R5 looks about the same at 6400 though. I had forgotten how noisy the 1DX raw file is at 6400, definitely modern sensor is much better.
