I video my son's basketball games in 4K 60p IPB to the internal memory cards. I use a Ulanzi fan mounted to the back of the camera when the LCD screen is folded out. Still have a tough time with the heat buildup. Curious if anyone here has specific experience using an external bettery pack and a dummy battery, if that helps with heat buildup.

Thinking of trying this first, before offloading the video recording to something like an Atomos Ninja - that expense is quite large. I already use an external monitor that does not record.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts/feedback/advice!
