Curious if any R6II owners know if using the digital zoom when shooting 1080p maintains a true 1080p by simply cropping the sensor at least up to 4000/1080 =3.7x zoom? Not sure what it does after that. Zooms up to 10x so some kind of interpolation or whatever?

I used it with the 85 f/2 at my kids concert. Results were well enough, but I might need the further enhanced digital stabilization.
