Canon R8 R8 Viewfinder review problem

I have a Canon R8 and have always reviewed images using the rear screen. Someone suggested it's better using the viewfinder so I tried this and now prefer it.
However I have recently found that when I move from one image to the next it jumps up in 10's.

There is also a slider that shows the number 10 as well. Any idea what I might have accidentally changed?

What you are looking for is called "Image Jump". Access by using the "Q" Button. Change the value to 1.
