Good morning. I purchased the R6M2 24-105 STM kit, since I have zero Canon EF or RF glass. The first thing I did was buy an EF to RF adapter since EF glass is so much less expensive on the used market.

Has anyone directly compared the RF 50mm f/1.8 STM and the EF 50mm f/1.8 STM (or the EF 50mm f/1.8 USM)? From what I can tell it’s mostly the same glass. Thanks.

According to DP image quality seems identical so the glass maybe too ...
