Birds The Usual Suspects

Took a walk around the park yesterday and found an array of the usual suspects that winter in the area:

• little egret (コサギ)
• white wagtail (タイリクハクセキレイ)
• northern shoveler (ハシビロガモ)
• black-crowned night-heron (ゴイサギ)
• tufted duck (キンクロハジロ)
• eared grebe (ハジロカイツブリ)
• gadwall (オカヨシガモ)
• black-headed gull (ユリカモメ)
• grey heron (アオサギ)
• grey wagtail (キセキレイ)
• common kingfisher (カワセミ)

Great variety of birds. Were they all taken on the same day in the same location?

Great variety of birds. Were they all taken on the same day in the same location?

They were...probably within a 2-2.5 hour time period. And there were a few other species I saw but didn't take pics of (cormorant, widgeon, pintail, coot, bulbul, starling, daurian redstart, sparrow, pigeon and raven). There's even a resident nutria that one can spot swimming around on occasion.
