Canon R5 Why is the R5 not Recording Video?

My apologies if this is an easy answer that I could look up but I tried and I'm not finding anything and I need a quick answer.

Up until this morning if I was shooting stills and pressed the record button on the top of my R5 it would automatically switch to video mode and begin recording. That's not happening any more. I'm guessing a setting got switched but I can find it.

Any clues?

I'll leave this up but I figured it out - Card 2 was full as my camera seemed to have accidentally recorded nothing while in the bag and turned on. No error message when I hit the record button but when I went into video mode manually I got a card full message.

Thanks for the heads up - I’ll keep this in mind in case the R6 has the same characteristic.
