Perhaps, there should be a question mark following this thread’ s title.

I expect the following of the R5ii that I have on order:
  1. It won’t overheat when I’m using it in video mode.
  2. I could easily contrive a ‘demonstration’ in which it did overheat.
I think we need to treat our equipment in the way that airline pilots treat their aircraft: operate within the design parameters and leave the extremes to test pilots (and YouTube click-baiters).

Interesting chart but the test conditions of 23°C isn't a very challenging one.
 
Mine doesn't. Maybe you got a lemon.
