New member here and I take a fair amount of flower pics documenting my wife’s gardening work. It is her absolute passion and I may have taken advantage of that fact in getting “Spousal Approval” for new gear over the years by explaining how that new lens I want will take Sooo much better pictures of her flowers

I did't see the text field to add with the images. I'm still getting used to this format and can't find my way around yet. LOL Beautiful photos Lone Rider and Devon Mandy. I practice on the vegetation a lot because it doesn't run from the camera.

A few from today using the RF 800mm lens. Not a lens I would normally use for garden shots, but it gives great separation and pretty narrow DOF even at f/11
