Meike MK-RF-AF1 11mm and 18mm
I bought these years ago because they have Contacts where some brands did not. Current price is $39.99 (US) on Amazon... the same price as 13mm and 18mm set. Neither Adorama nor MPB carry them. B&H does for the same price.
