I have the 35mm f1.8 and I have taken it out in the early AM. The R6 picks up so much light. Heck I had to go buy a new tripod to help keep the camera still while trying to take pics.
Here are a few jpeg of a night shoot I did at the Skyway in FL. I had a challenge getting a sharp image and will try again at around f 5.6 and f8 on the next round. FL sucks for long distance night shots due to the humidity (at least I think that's part of y issue for now getting a sharp image...
Just another example a beautiful day is not always a great day for taking photographs. Every day offers different types of shots and lightning challenges/opportunities.
Hali,
I really liked this shot. I admit I stared at it for a bit analyzing it. I dot get to do too many waterfalls, but I really liked the way you were able to get great colors in the surrounding woods then have the water so white/blue hint to it. I can only say I hope to achieve this in the...
I'm glad you posted this I was eyeballing that tripod. I have a tripod but traveling with it is difficult and the legs are long and makes it a challenge to walk with it
This is my test upload and wanted to share two images I took this weekend of a tree starting life out in a coral wall. This guy has a tough life ahead. I wanted to see how these looked when I posted. Both images were shot with R6, AP, 24-70mm @ 70mm, ISO 200, f2.8. Final edits made in Luminar .

The other night I could not sleep so around 3:30 AM I wanted to play with my R6. I took this handheld picture with no flash with my new 70-200 f4. My office was pitch black and I could not see the dials on the camera, so I did not expect much but I want to see how it would turn out. I downloaded...
Olar, thanks for starting this discussion. I was seriously debating purchasing the 24-240mm and after reading this post I have decided to make the jump. I will try this one as my walkabout lenses and see how it goes. I using my 35mm f1.8 stm as my go to lenses on my R6. I have the kit 24-104...
I wanted to say hello to the group. I jumped from a Canon T3i to the R6 and WOW. The difference in the picture quality is incredible and I am in love.
I am happy to join this group and I wanted to start to take photography seriously and put more thought into my work.
I went to watch a sunset...
