are the AD-E1 & 430EX II compatible? If they are, will these work on a Canon R7?

I do not use speedlites that often but I like to have them just in case so I'm trying to save some money but at the same time want something that works well.

Never mind, Amazon has a deal ($175) in the Neewer Z1-C and I pulled the trigger. The Neewer Z1-C is similar to the Godox speedlite (if not the same) which I own for my Sony a7r III. So I know this speedlite and I like it.
