A brilliant move by Canva. Not sure how many will not want some sort of AI these days. It will work out well for some.

The R&D for Affinity has been done. When I worked in print media the 4 color strippers said they'd never be replaced. One day Photo Shop showed up. We had heard a single licence was around $75,000. Now it's packaged in the Photo Plans for $120 or $240 a year.

Canva selling other products and hoping to get people to sign up for the Affinity subscription levels for the AI.
