Firmware Note: After selecting your OS version if the firmware is not displayed try selecting an older OS version. For some reason the firmware doesn’t always display for the latest OS versions, even though installing the firmware is not OS dependent once downloaded.

Hi, I have a problem with an R7.
After installing the firmware, it finished 100% and the OK screen appeared. I clicked on it and the screen went black, but you can see that it is on (the display is working in dark blue).
I waited 5 minutes and the screen did not change. I clicked on MENU and nothing changed. After 9 minutes in total, toggling the power button did not change the screen.
It was still dark blue. Only after that did I remove the battery and it continued the same way.
Before the dark blue screen I waited until the last step 8 which is informed in the firmware update manual.
It does not work when connected directly to the PC.
Has anyone had this problem or something similar and solved it?
Is there some kind of BIOS we can use to replace this firmware update?
Can anyone help?
