Canon R5 Auto Focus Video on Canon R5

Hello, I have spent the last 2 hours losing the plot over why my R5 won’t auto rotate videos I have shot vertically. Even when I upload it onto my computer, it appears in landscape.I have followed all the instructions on the Canon website and all I can think of is that I have a blind spot to a very obvious and simple piece of the puzzle or my camera is malfunctioning.
I am recording after changing the settings as per instructions and shooting in 4KD fine, 25fps, All-I so no RAW. Please help!!!
