I watch a fair few tornado you tubes to see what latest is.
Also setting up my R6 and R5.

But boy getting hammered by R6iii R7ii R3ii and other day R4 videos ps don’t watch but saturation point point almost.

Cameras will come out in there own good time but people must watch otherwise they wouldn’t post.

Meh. My R5 far exceeds the capabilities of the operator, but it’s fun to watch the endless conjecturing and watch the fanboys throw down on other brand’s cameras that don’t even exist yet.🙄

Historically, I've always used one-generation-old gear. I mainly buy used stuff and one version back seems to the the sweet spot for value.

When I went mirrorless, though, I had to jump in on the first addition, a used R5. It's an insanely good camera and I have no regrets, but it cost me way more that I'd ever paid for a used body before, because it was the current model. Once the R5ii came out, I bought second R5 for $700 less than I paid for the first one.

When the R5iii comes out I'll consider an R5ii. I'm back on schedule.

I get what you mean—there's so much chatter about the R-series lately! :) I'm looking forward to what Canon will bring out next, but it can feel like way too much info at once.

Good luck setting up your R5 and R6—they're excellent cameras!
