Hello guys,

Is it possible to take pictures and video with a camera monitor at the same time? I have a Canon R6 Mark II.

Thanks

I have the R5 Mark II, and it has a "Dual Shooting" mode that records JPEG photos and 1920x1080 videos simultaneously. I do not see that option in the R6 Mark II manual.

My understanding of the "monitor recorder" screens (like the Atomos Ninja) is that they can capture video, but not video and stills simultaneously.

Perhaps someone can correct me if that's wrong.
