Canon R7 following aircraft

The options for following subjects in motion are: Vehicles, Birds, Animal, or None.
I wonder how to select for the landing aircraft.

Aircraft would probably just be a vehicle, but with the subject isolation you get with aircraft it probably makes no difference.

Seconded. The vehicle setting in my R8 is specifically advertised as working for other types of vehicles beyond cars, such as aircraft, trains, and motorcycles. I don't have an R7 so I'm not certain, but I would assume the subject detection in your camera covers similar cases.
