For those who may be interested, some iPhone 15 shots from a recent concert we attended featuring 'The Dear Hunter' at the Gorilla, Manchester, England (capacity 550). Support was the quirky - 'Overhead, The Albatross'.
This wonderful and intimate gig was the first date of The Dear Hunter UK/ European Tour and we assumed their set would mirror their extensive ‘Road to Sunya’ US tour (Sunya & Antimai albums only). What we got was part that but mixed with a best of the Acts IV and V. The crowd were superb, the band had a real blast and played beautifully. To top it all we got a selfie with the extremely friendly drummer Nick Crescenzo, the hotel gave us two free drink vouchers
- and we didn’t get completely soaked (though it did rain!)...
