Eating is overrated

The day before Summer Solstice we were waiting in line at a restaurant when I looked out the window and saw snow beginning to fall at the mountain lake.

Choices:

Wait for dinner or grab the camera.

Mist was rising from the lake as the clouds hung low when it began to snow.

So moody! I love the separation in the layers of trees in the background - really adds to the ambience and depth of the photo.
