Note: I'm on a Mac and downloaded the Mac version, but it wouldn't open to reveal the FIR update file. I then downloaded the Windows version and used the FIR update file, and it updated fine

Thanks Lou! Sometimes when you click on the file on Mac it mounts a drive on your Desktop or in Finder, it's easy to miss and think it hasn't done anything.
