Hi Cliff,

We've used HDEW a number of times over the years for various camera bodies/ lenses, never had a problem - gear delivered on time and as advertised.

They've been around for ages - one of the 'name' grey importers. Never come across any negative feedback. Happy to recommend.

NOTE: I wrote this about 10 minutes after yours, but apparently if you don't click on the Post Reply it doesn't automatically know when you want it sent.

In the US we have the Better Business Bureau to check on consumer complaints a worthiness of a business. For the UK you would need to check with Citizens Advice, however they do not Rate a Business. You may have more knowledge of this than someone across the pond.

You could also do a Google "HDEW cameras review", some reviewers state they sell Grey Market equipment.
