I just found and joined the forum. I requested the username JeffPad_Navy_Photog but they assigned me Navy_Photog which makes it seem like I am still in the Navy. I was a US Navy Photographers Mate from 1972-1976 serving in both Pensacola at the Naval Air Station and on the USS Independence CV-62 ( a aircraft carrier).
My current stable of camera gear are a R6ii, R7, 7Dii, 5D classic as well as a RF 100-500, RF 200-800, RF 100-400, EF 100-400Lii, EF 70-200Liii RF 24-105 and a bunch of other lenses. I still have all of my old film cameras including a Hasselblad 1000f, 2 Nikon F3HP's, two Mamiya TLR's, two 4x5's and several US Navy cameras (Topcon Super DM, Nikon F3HP, Kodak Retina, Canon AE1, 16mm Bell and Howell 70KRM)
I do mostly bird photography my flickr site is www.wx1usn.com (that is also my Ham Radio callsign).
